근린생활시설, 판매시설, 도시형생활주택이 복합된 PF 사업으로 건축의 방향은 상업시설의 접근성을 최대로 올리고, 주거의 거주환경성에 중점을 두었습니다. 대로변의 도시축과 새로운 접근을 위한 축을 만들어 양방향 접근이 가능하도록 하였습니다.

The city axis along the boulevard and the axis for new approaches were created to enable two-way access
